1. Services
Queens Moving Companies Co provides residential and commercial moving services in Queens, NY and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a written estimate agreed upon before work begins.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided in writing before the move begins. Binding estimates are locked at the agreed price. Hourly estimates are based on published rates: 2 movers from $170/hr, 3 movers from $255/hr, 4 movers from $340/hr, with a 2-hour minimum. No hidden fees — all applicable charges (stair carry, COI, long carry) are disclosed in the written estimate.
3. Booking and Cancellation
No deposit is required to book. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $150 fee.
4. Liability
Queens Moving Companies Co carries standard moving liability coverage of $0.60 per pound per article as required by New York State. Full-value protection is available and must be elected in writing before the move. We are not liable for damage to items packed by the customer, pre-existing damage, or items of extraordinary value not declared in advance.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the move. We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer. All payments are processed through secure channels.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, flammables, perishables, live animals, or items prohibited by New York State law.
